So if I knew I might just have gone for the new Daylite Plus, it's definitely an upgrade over the older one. Meanwhile, I ordered a new Osprey Daylite Plus for my girlfriend and the newer version is much improved, the lower front pocket is actually usable and the top front pocket is three time the size of the old one. So I had been looking for a bag to ask for for Christmas and after trying both the Aer City and the Aer City Pro I ended up asking for the City Pro because the inside of the City looked quite cramped. I don't mind slighly bigger as long as it can be compressed and fit under a plane seat. Ideally it would be the full length of the bag with organisation like in my Aer Travel Pack 3. However I find the front pockets really bad for trips, the top is too small and the bottom one essentially pointless. I have an older Osprey Daylite Plus, I really love the size for short trip and taking to work.
